Purpose and conditions of use
These conditions of sale are applicable to any order placed online on the website www.leloupfleuriste.be. The general conditions are supposed to be read and known with each order.
The object of the service is the preparation and delivery of floral bouquets and plants at home or in public places such as hospitals or cemeteries (non-exhaustive list). The bouquets are exclusively produced by the company "Fleuriste Leloup" without any intermediary.
Delivery is optional and chargeable depending on the geographical area around Genval (Belgium). The sale of floral products may be accompanied by the sale of accessory products such as personalized cards or "containers" of the water bubble or vase type (non-exhaustive list and may vary).
In the event of temporary unavailability of the product ordered, the seller undertakes to notify the customer.
Price
The prices of the products mentioned are inclusive of VAT at the rate of VAT in force at the time of placing the order. The prices indicated are in Euros.
The prices on the site are the prices of the day. They may vary for the same product over the year.
The entire service is to be paid online when ordering.
Deliveries
You have the option of picking up your order in the store free of charge or opting for home delivery (or in a public place such as cemeteries, crematoriums, hospitals, maternity hospitals, etc.).
It is up to you when ordering to specify the desired delivery date.
Any order made before 2:00 p.m. can be delivered the same day by us (see delivery section).
The price of delivery ranges between 2 euros and 5 euros depending on the town of destination. A minimum order amount is requested depending on the destination (see delivery section).
The sponsor has the obligation to provide a full recipient address and a telephone number when ordering so that "Fleuriste Leloup" can make the delivery under good conditions. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, Fleuriste Leloup cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the order.
If the recipient is absent, "Fleuriste Leloup" leaves a calling card in the letterbox. This delivery notice offers the absent recipient to contact the store to organize a second free delivery or to take the order directly at the store.
Payment
Full payment for the service is made when ordering. This payment is made online via the service providers chosen by "Fleuriste Leloup".
The payment methods offered are "Bancontact", "Visa" and "Mastercard" via the "Vivawallet" service. the site www.leloupfleuriste.be also accepts payments by "PayPal".
Payment is made at the end of the order process after a complete summary of the order.
Flower Guarantee
We guarantee five days of freshness for our flowers. If flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or fade within five days of delivery, we will be happy to replace them at our expense. To benefit from this exchange in the event of a faded flower, you must take a photo of the flower and send it to us by email.
Complaints - Cancellation - Refund
In relation to the freshness of our products, it is preferable to send us any complaint as soon as possible.
Refunds, credits and commercial gestures are left to the discretion of the management (except within the framework of the guarantee on the flowers described above).
Cancellation
The customer can cancel his order up to 24 hours before delivery. If at the time the customer requests the cancellation, the realization of the floral product appearing in the order is already in progress or if costs for its realization have already been made, Fleuriste Leloup can arrogate to itself the right to keep all or part of the price paid by the customer as compensation for costs incurred and work already performed.
An order already delivered cannot be canceled.
Modification
For any modification of an order (change of product, place or date of delivery), additional costs may be requested in the event that these modifications entail additional costs or additional working time.
Protection of private life
Personal data collected during the ordering process or online account creation are only used for order processing purposes. We undertake not to disclose this data to third parties and to keep it confidential.
The information provided during the first order or the creation of your account is only kept for the purpose of identifying you subsequently and processing your subsequent orders more quickly.
If we use your data for a purpose which according to the legal provisions requires your authorization, we will expressly ask for your authorization. You can of course at any time revoke an authorization that has been given and / or you can object to any other use. The law states that we are authorized to use the data for advertising purposes, for market research as well as to improve our services and for user profiles under a pseudonym.
