You have the option of picking up your order in the store free of charge or opting for home delivery (or in a public place such as cemeteries, crematoriums, hospitals, maternity hospitals, etc.).
It is up to you when ordering to specify the desired delivery date.
Any order placed before 12 noon can be delivered the same day by us (see list of towns served by us above).
The price of delivery ranges between 5 euros and 20 euros depending on the town of destination. A minimum order amount is requested depending on the destination (see delivery price tables above).
The sponsor is obliged to provide a full recipient address and a telephone number when ordering so that "Fleuriste Leloup" can make the delivery under good conditions. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, Fleuriste Leloup cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the order.
If the recipient is absent, "Fleuriste Leloup" leaves a calling card in the letterbox. This delivery notice offers the absent recipient to contact the store to organize a second free delivery or to take the order directly at the store.
